2018 Gala Promo Videos

When the largest Hispanic Chamber in the United States asked us to help promote one of the city's biggest social events of the year, we were thrilled!

 

Using the "Latino's Are Leaders" theme, we set out to create a campaign that highlighted various community leaders in a unique, engaging way that would build excitement for the Gala, and ultimately increase sales attendance.

  • Email View Rate: +15.7% Increase

  • Twitter Impressions: +29.7%

  • Facebook Views: +42.7%

The Highlights

Chairwoman elect Erika Prosper answering questions about motherhood, her fideo secret ingredient, and more.

This video was shown immediately prior to Erika's introduction on the night of the Gala.

  • Created a series of videos that promoted the Gala through the voices of local Latino Leaders

  • Filmed our Leaders on-the-move to create a dynamic element to otherwise static Interview-style  videos

  • Developed a variety of quick-answer questions to showcase personality in addition to Gala-specific information

  • Promoted 3 videos through SAHCC owned media leading up to the Gala to drive awareness, engagement and incremental sales

The Results

The 2018 San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Gala was the most attended and highest grossing Gala they've ever had! 

And while we'd like to take all the credit, the countless hours and non-stop hard work by the team at SAHCC was that driving force. Still, we'd like to think we helped.

What we do know is that the Gala promo videos outperformed prior comparable content across the spectrum of media platforms, as seen below:
